Please see attached photo of sscreen.  I need to access this video and I tried chrome, firefox and explorer and same resultls.

You cannot access it unless the owner (1) shares it with you by email address and you are logged in YouTube, or (2) changes the privacy settings to unlisted or public.  Here is YouTube's help file about the privacy settings.

You should contact the person who gave you the link and let them know of the situation.
