[ARCHIVED] How can I cancel a question in an active Quiz?

I'm wondering if it's possible to cancel a question in an active graded quiz. The instructor set up a wrong question, and now we need to cancel this question for all students and give the point of this question for all of them. Since it's more than 100 students, I would like to know if there is a way of doing this automatically.

We're not using New Quizzes yet, but are able to cancel a question in a quiz by editing the quiz question and selecting how to “regrade” it. Here are directions depending on what type of question:
