This doesn't sound like a question related to the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System).  If you have questions about Canvas, we can try and help answer those, but we wouldn't normally be able to help with converting images.  That being said, I would recommend that you go to Google and type in "heic to jpg" (without the quotes), and you should get a few results of websites where you might be able to find something to help convert those files for you.
