The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December. Read our blog post for more info about this change.
Hello @christian_cataj , you do not specify if you are a student or instructor so I will provide you both answers. If you are a student, you get the join code from either your institution or the instructor of the course. As the instructor, you get it by going into the course settings, scroll all the way to the bottom and select "more options" in blue and then it is at the bottom of that.
Hope this helps!

Hello @Nick Wilson I followed your instruction (as a teacher) and didn't find join code, there is only course code, but it doesn't allow to create students account with.
@gorbachalla15 , when you say you found the course code, is that the one from clicking the first checkbox in that list? Once you check that box, you get a code for the course and that should be the join code.
