[ARCHIVED] How can I get my submission through google drive to work properly?

I cannot submit anything through my google drive and when I try to press on the google drive icon nothing happens. This happens both on my personal laptop and my Chromebook. However, I am able to submit through google drive on my parents' desktop, but it is quite an inconvenience to use since we share it between my entire family. Is there anything I can do to help resolve this issue. Thank you very much.

Hi Jonathan,

I am curious what is different between your parent's desktop and your laptop and Chromebook. What browser are you using on the desktop, and is it the same on the personal laptop and Chromebook (I am assuming Chrome?).

I also wonder if you have plugins installed on your browser that might be the same on your Chromebook and personal laptop per chance?

Last up, are you using a different internet connection when you are at your parents on their desktop? Please let us know and we will try to get to the bottom of it!
