[ARCHIVED] How do I add video using studio?

I am trying to add a video from Studio in a page. Everytime I click on studio it just spins and I can not get past this. Is there something else I need to do?

Is this the first time this behavior has happened? Have you tried refreshing your browser cache?

I made several attempts to do this and on different days. I am not sure why it did not work.

I'd recommend submitting a support case on this behavior, as I'm not sure what else to recommend. It may be a behavior on the back end for our teams to investigate.
