This sounds like a question that you will need to ask your instructor about. We here in the Canvas Community don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or any of your Canvas courses, so it would be tough to help diagnose this. Also, I'm taking a guess here that EHR GO is a third-party product that somehow integrates with Canvas?
