How do I duplicate assignments to other same classes?

One way way is to use the Course Import Tool, specifically look at this lesson How do I select specific content as part of a course import?

Another way is the new Direct Copy tool, and this guide will show you how https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-18385-41521186117 This is a brand new feature, and works very nicely.
