How do I edit an delayed announcement before the publish date?

I drafted an announcement, then realized I needed more information before it was complete. I delayed the publish date a few days, thinking I could edit it before it went "live"... but how to do that isn't clear. I know I can edit something once it's posted, but I cant see it before it is.  Hope this is clear.
