Are you asking about the Respondus LockDown Browser LTI app? If so, this is the information page for the LTI on the EduAppCenter. As you can see, the instructions indicate that your school's local Canvas administrator needs to log in to the Respondus website to obtain the necessary information to set up the LTI at the account level within Canvas. This is a paid product.
