I teach the same course in four different sections so they are listed as four separate courses on Canvas. Right now that means that I need to upload every file four times. How do I link my courses so that I can upload a file once and students from all four courses can access it? Thank you.
Solved! Go to Solution.
You can cross-list your courses https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12983-4152718703
This puts all students into one course, however, they stay grouped by "sections" so you can assign things to a certain section and not the other and when you're in the speedgrader you can still grade by section if you prefer.

Hi, @brigitta_kral Welcome to the Canvas Community! Shanda has given you helpful advice about cross-listing sections. Before performing that action, please check with your local Canvas admin to make sure this is the workflow they want their instructors to follow, as they may be managing cross-listing on your behalf or have procedures in place for this.
Thank you. I will do that!
