How do I open up the Rich Content Editor.  Where in the world is it?

Hi  @sabrinabarron and welcome to the Canvas Community!  The Rich Content Editor is located within many places throughout Canvas.  This document explains a bit about the RCE and where it can be accessed, https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10728-67952720342

I am trying to create a video to upload as an assignment for a class. It needs to be a short introduction of myself. I do not see where to access it and begin recording.

Hi Sabrina and I echo the welcome of ericwerth

I've seen a few people get stumped with this one. The Rich Content Editor is found when you click on EDIT at the top right of a page in your course. It's also found in quizzes, assignments, and announcements when you want to edit them.
