[ARCHIVED] How do I transfer a quiz to a quiz bank?

I received .xml files to upload a quiz bank for my class. However, when I went to upload, it only gave me the option to upload as a quiz, and not as a quiz bank. Here's an image of the option I get:

There are 15 quizzes, and each quiz is at least 100 questions, so I want to be able to use the quiz bank to randomly select questions for each individual student. 

Does anyone know of a way to transfer questions from a quiz to a quiz bank without having to manually enter all of the information for each of the 1500 questions for the course?
