I don't see a pic on the Canvas page when creating a quiz.

Hi,  @jleisner  Welcome to the Canvas Community! There is no permission setting for mobile devices: students can choose to complete course activities on the device of their choice, including browsers on mobile devices and/or the Canvas Student app.
