[ARCHIVED] How do module requirements affect group project submissions?

I (an instructor) have created weekly modules and for most I have a requirement where "students must move through requirements in sequential order". For one week, I have an evaluation assignment that they must complete before submitting a group project assignment (these of course are 2 different assignments, as the evaluation is not a group assignment). Do all students have to complete the evaluation before a group submission is accepted? Or could just one student have completed the evaluation, which would then allow them to submit the group submission? Thanks!

If a student submits their evaluation, that student will have access to the group project assignment and can submit for the group.
