Hello, how do you add an instructor to be able to accept the invite to log in and teach a class? Thanks

Hello April,
If you are using the "free" version of Canvas, there are instructions for adding a person to the class athttps://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12973-4152724200
When you do this, you will have to option whether to add them to the class as a teacher, student, etc. using the "Role" setting.
Keep in mind that this will send an invitation to them at their email address, but they will still have to accept the invitation, and set up their Canvas account if they do not already have one.
If you are using your school's Canvas server, the policies for adding "guest" users to the system and to your class may be different, and it would be best to contact the Help Desk or Canvas Support at the school to be sure of the process there.

It worked!! Thank you so so much, will they be able to add files as well? thanks in advance.
Hi April,
If they are teachers in the class, they will be able to add files and all the other things that the "teacher" role has privileges to do.
