[ARCHIVED] How to download or find a recorded conference.

I concluded a lecture using Canvas Conferences.  I recorded the lecture.  However, I am not able to find the recording.

I watched a tutorial on Youtube--however--it did not help.  This is because my concluded conference does not allow for me to access the conference or download the recording.

Any advice?

Anna,

While the built in Conferences tool in Canvas does allow for recording, the recording only stays on the system for 3 weeks and there is no way to download it.  Recordings can take a little time before they are visible, but you access them by clicking the triangle next to the concluded conference.  There is more information about where to find them here https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-13109-how-do-i-use-the-conferences-index-page
