[ARCHIVED] How to get emails sent in canvas to outlook student mailbox

Hi

I am not getting emails coming through to my student outlook account on mobile, emails are only coming into canvas.

Is there a way to get emails through to outlook.

Hi  @s3353537  and welcome to the Canvas Community!  You might check out your notification settings and see what email is set as default (see How do I set my Canvas notification preferences as a student?).  If your Outlook email address is not included you could add this as a way to be notified by Canvas.  If the Outlook email address is included, you might double check that messages are not being set to a particular Outlook folder or to the Junk folder.  Provided nothing appears to be working, your best bet may be to contact Canvas Support directly ( https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10554-how-do-i-get-help-with-canvas-as-a-student ) or someone at your institution, perhaps in IT so that they can look more specifically at your account and see what may be happening.
