[ARCHIVED] How to view url submission in gradebook

We just recently upgraded our version of Canvas. We used a version that was over two years old before. One of the things that I've been unable to locate in the new version is URL submission links in the Canvas gradebook. In our previous version, when students submitted a link to an external site, a chain icon would be displayed in the gradebook that indicated it was a url link. In the new Canvas instance, I tested by having a student submit two links. Neither of them show up in the gradebook as chain links and I don't see the URL's in the side comment panel. Any ideas?

Thanks for your question! You should be able to view the url submission by opening SpeedGrader. Try clicking in the assignment cell and then clicking the Grade Detail Tray icon. When the tray opens, you should see a link to open SpeedGrader.
