I have recently learned how to embed my Google Slides classroom with the HTML editor. This is great because it took the extra step of my students having to tap "launch external tool" to see the classroom. They were also having to re-authorize access to google slides on Canvas this way. However, since embedding with the HTML editor my students cannot click on my images/words that have hyperlinks on their ipads.
Please help!

External links from Google Slides (and some other embedded services) don't work in the Canvas Student app. My suggestion would be to link directly to the Google Slide presentation (the publish to the web link, not the editing link). I would also suggest you Report a Problem through the app as well:
How do I get help with the Student app on my iOS device?
How do I get help with the Student app on my Android device?
