Hello there,  @lumuoh  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  I'm not sure if you realized this or not, but you have posted your question in the global Canvas Community website where people from all over the world come to ask questions, suggest new Feature Ideas, write blog posts, collaborate with others, check out "how to" written Guides and video tutorials, join groups, and many other things...all about Canvas.  Unfortunately, the vast majority of Community users (now over 535,000 of us) wouldn't be able to help answer your question because we do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s) in question.  All that being said, there are some things that you can do on your end:

• Check to see that you are using an up-to-date web browser.  Specifically, it's generally known here in the Community that Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox work best when navigating around the Canvas environment.  You can refer to Which browsers does Canvas support?‌ for more information...keeping in mind that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported web browser when navigating around Canvas.  Also, you can use a website such as What browser am I using? Is my browser up to date? or Browser Check - Update my Browser to see if you are using an updated browser.  If you are already using either Chrome or Firefox, try using the other browser to see if you get better results.  If neither of those options work, you can try reaching out to Canvas Support.  How do I get help with Canvas as a student?‌
• Reach out to your instructor directly.  Let him/her know that you are having some issues with the quiz.  You'll find instructions on how to contact your instructor in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?‌
