I am trying to use speed grader but it will not show the student's work? It just has a blue spinning circle on the screen.

Are you using Chrome? This sounds like a known issue people have been having recently related to Chrome, PDFs (including content in SpeedGrader). So far, the issue every time is that a browser extension is causing problems.

Some of the more common extensions are adblock plus, ghostery, honey. Basically, things that you give full control to your web pages to. In some cases, disabling the extension on the Canvas pages is enough. Other times disabling it completely is enough. In some cases, people have had to remove the extension completely.
