Unfortunately, we here in the Canvas Community wouldn't be able to help with your college e-mail address.  This is a global Community website where people come to ask questions about the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System).  Questions about your school e-mail address should be directed to folks at your school.  I searched your school's website, and I found this page which should be of help: Current Students / Logins.  Check out the section on "Technology Services" at the bottom of that page.
