help!!!  i need into my canvas to do my homework!

@TessSeipp Welcome to the Canvas community.  It is probably best to reach out to your school (this is not your school's community, this is all Canvas users all over the world) for this question as depending on how they manage accounts, that "forgot password" button may not work.  For example, we do not use Canvas' login system so people hitting that button will not result in a password reset email as students can't manage their passwords through Canvas.  The previous place I was a Canvas admin operated the same as we used a separate password management system that controlled students passwords to all systems so they had to change their password through that and not in any of the individual systems.
