I have a problem... One of my students is saying that he has no information in my course when he goes into canvas, where as other students have no problem. What advice should I give him?

Hi,  @ben_shaw  Welcome to the Canvas Community! There's a good chance that this student is accessing Canvas through an out-of-date and unsupported browser. Please guide the student to compare the browser version (preferably Chrome or Firefox) they're using with those listed in Which browsers does Canvas support?‌, and if the student's browser version is older than those, help them update as needed.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, please ask the student to submit a ticket to Canvas Support ( How do I get help with Canvas as a student?‌)
