Changing Your Profile Photo

Hello:

I would like to change my profile photo in CANVAS and when I go into settings to change it, it allows me to select a photo, yet it does not save it.  Do you have any suggestions as to what a fix would be?

Hi Maureen,

I'm sorry but I can't think of anything for you to try differently.  Do you think it might be possible that your institution as disabled your ability to update the profile picture?
