I’m having a huge issue with nothing being saved. I’ll choose all my ink/highlighter colors, I’ll spend hours taking notes, then next time I open my app, everything is gone. It’s very infuriating,I lose so much progress.

Hi,  @aroman27 . How are you taking notes and what kind of device are you taking them on? I am wondering if you are on a mobile device and using notetaking software specific to that device. The only place I can think of in Canvas that provides ink color and a highlighter option is SpeedGrader for instructors grading assignment submissions, https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-26515

Thanks, Arisely, that helps. My speculation is even stronger now that you are using functionality specific to your device but that has no connection with Canvas. Unfortunately, if that is the case we will not be able to assist with this issue.
