[ARCHIVED] ISSUES WITH FREE TRIAL

Hi! I have a language school and training center in Italy and I would like to avail your services because as you may know the country is on shut down and we can only teach online. I've tried to create an account online and managed to create a course, share code and get a "trial student" to access content. However when we tried the canvas app we can't find the institution. I mean there is a LEAD institute (and my organization s LEAD Educational Institute) but If i choose it, then i get a message of wrong user/psw (which isn't) and even so, if I choose 'forgot psw' I never get the recovery email.. pls help.. this is URGENT!!
