Immersive Reader has stopped working in our Canvas Instance. When a student click IR button the IR screen appears and the spin of death is all they get. Any ideas on what is going on? I've tried both my laptop and Chromebook.#

What flag am I supposed to be enabling? What do you mean create a wiki? can you give more concrete examples? You can pretend we know nothing about technology since a lot of people are on there for the first time. Please and thank you for your time.
The document that @Robbie_Grant linked to is something that Canvas engineers may use as a reference as they try and get the issue resolved. Those are the steps taken to reproduce the current issue that the Immersive Reader isn't working correctly. There isn't anything that you need to do on your end. I think, for now, it's a matter of waiting for Canvas engineers to get it working again. Hope this helps.
I saw the solution and verified it in my case that Immersive Reader doesn't show if Pages isn't visible to students in Course Navigation. Once I made Pages visible in this teachers' case, it began showing for students in Pages.
Thanks for posting the interim solution. This is a current known issue with Immersive Reader.
