[ARCHIVED] Import Gradebook into Canvas error

I can not upload any csv or excel grade files into Canvas. I used exactly the sample header as help page showed just to test out and I get invalid? Is this this wrong? How do I fix?

Hi there, @drdantru ...

I think you may have a missing column or two (look at your 2nd and 3rd columns compared to what is shown in these Guides), and they may not be labeled correctly, too.  One thing you could do is to export your course Gradebook as it currently stands, take a look at what the columns are labeled as, and then format your CSV file in the same way.
