Can i retrieve something I have deleted form Canvas Inbox.  If so, how?

 @jcarpenter3  Welcome to the Canvas LMS Community‌! Unfortunately, all deleted Inbox messages and Conversations cannot be retrieved if deleted. The action cannot be undone. Chek out the Canvas Guide on How do I delete a conversation as an instructor?. It explains that by deleting messages/conversations, you are only deleting your copy.
