I am responding to this comment that you left in the Canvas Community.  Canvas is the learning platform that houses the courses you are taking.  The community is for Canvas users worldwide.  We can help you with how to use Canvas but in order to resolve the issue with the certificate you will need to contact your instructor or the institution that you are taking classes through.   If you are not able to contact your instructor or get a response via Canvas, I did find the following contact info on the web:
