[ARCHIVED] Integrating Doorbell.io or other feedback apps

Has anyone integrated a feedback app within their Canvas instance such as Doorbell or others?  We're looking for something more present on the page than the Canvas Help which can get buried under the new UI.  We're also thinking that "feedback" is a gentler term than "Help" which might encourage students to respond in a way that Help does not.  On the other hand, a persistent "feedback" button may be ignored. 
Any thoughts or experience with these tools?
