[ARCHIVED] Is there a way to link to the Canvas Teacher app instead of Canvas Student?

So I was perusing http://instructure.github.io/mobile-app-api/ as we're working on making a school app open some links on the Canvas app on a user's phone. For the most part, using canvas-courses://normal_URL is working as intended to open things within the Canvas Student app. However, we have some use cases in which someone would have both the Canvas Student and Canvas Teacher app installed and we want to direct one or the other to open. It appears on my devices, that the canvas-courses:// links always default to the Student app first. Is there any way to force Canvas Teacher to open instead?

Most excellent, thank you for the blazingly quick reply. While I have you here, any chance this: http://instructure.github.io/mobile-app-api/ will get updated with new information like that? (Assuming I am finding the current documentation)
