[ARCHIVED] Is there a way to post hidden grades for more than one assignment at a time?

I have the manual grade posting feature turned on and I post grades after I have graded the assignment for all students. But, when a student is added to my class mid-semester and I have to go back to add in grades for them, the grade is hidden and it looks like I have to manually post the grade for every assignment in the gradebook for that student.

Is there a way to post hidden grades for more than one assignment at a time?

Hi @MsVega,

Posting grades must be done in each assignment and cannot be done in multiple assignments simultaneously. However, when you post grades, you should be presented with two options: post to everyone or post to graded. If you choose the Post to Everyone option, the manual posting policy will become inactive and future grades will be posted automatically. This might prevent the issue you are experiencing when students enter a class mid-semester.
