I am attempting to create a flyout menu in our Global Navigation to share a group of courses in our instance based on: @robotcars post here: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Developers-Group/Global-Nav-Menu-Custom-Tray/m-p/147083

I would love a way to add a dropdown menu of a group of these courses. I know that we only can edit the JavaScript and the CSS files but is there a way this can be done without using HTML?

I think this can be done with InstructureUI https://instructure.design/

But the application will have to be hosted on its own web server, installed as an LTI with global navigation placement.
