I posted this here since A) I couldn't think of a better place to put it and B) I wanted to reach out to the other admins who will most likely be the ones working with the Support team and dealing with issues and encourage them to stay positive and pass on the positivity to the Support folks. I know that the Support team has been under a ton of pressure over the last two weeks (at least) and today was probably a climax. Can someone on the staff buy them an after-work round of beer for me? Forward the bill to @scottdennis or Deactivated user. (edit: You could also just tell them "Good job!" from me ) whataday
Agreed! They are doing a great job!
Switching something like this is never easy, but they picked the perfect time of year (pretty dead) and are doing everything they can do make it go as smoothly as possible! In addition,Deactivated user has been extremely response in the community and in sending email updates out!
