Support numbers for Canvas, I believe, are different for each school, so the global Canvas Community members wouldn't have access to that information. This Guide, How to contact Canvas Support, might be a start for you, though. I tried searching the BSSD's website for you to see if I could find any resources, but I couldn't find anything that might help. You might also try reaching out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see if they could help the student who is having account difficulties.
