Hi, @carolyn_fiori_c , this can be enabled in a user's account settings. The instructions are in the High Contrast UI section of What feature options can I enable in my user account as an instructor? and https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10615-4212717415

switch from disabled to enabled
restart chrome
you may need to change OS settings to dark mode or high contrast for it to work.

I was thinking that it might be the browser, but Chrome has the same results.
