My media gallery is not working and that is how I am listening to lectures. I have tried multiple computers and have restarted and even tried on my phone. How am I supposed to get my things done when I cannot even listen to my lecture

Hello @areanna_carmona ,
I would suggest you contact your instructor to let them know the issues you are experiencing and if you are able to also submit a ticket. You should be able to click on Help then Report a Problem, just keep in mind this varies from institution to institution so you might not have this option or it might be called something different.
