Since yesterday my second period links to my live class have been missing from my calendar and there is no way for me to join my classes. On the right hand side, where it lists all your classes, my second period is greyed out. I am still able to access all of my work through courses but its very inconvenient that I cant attend class. I've already emailed my teacher about this and he doesn't know whats wrong either. He suggested I use the canvas help tab and so here I am. What do I do?

You have asked your question in a global community of Canvas users like yourself, and we are unable to access any courses and accounts other than our own.
When you click "Help", instead of choosing Ask the Community (or whatever wording your school uses), choose "Report a Problem" this will create a support ticket for folks who can access your account, and find the source of your problem.
How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
