Sorry for the delay. I've been debating on the best way to explain the flow. The top pages are for students needing to see how the unit lesson is organized. For example, here is a topic outline page. You can see, it's really just an outline for the student. It's not a substitute for the lecture but a way to help students "chunk" the material.
The right column links to the major areas. The bottom green bar quickly links to the different units.
The lecture material has the following items embedded:
-- Google Slides
-- Whiteboard PDF (from Promethean board)
-- Video (embed from screencast-o-matic)
The ISN page has images of a sample of how their Interactive Science Notebook should look:
Assignments are separate items in the modules. My sample images don't show them because I settled on this structure about mid-course creation and haven't backfilled and fixed things up.
