All you should need to do is make sure the course is published AND the modules published. It's quite common for people to forgot to publish a module. It's not sufficient to have the items inside of a module published, the module itself must also be published.

@nasha6360 I am not understanding what you are asking. No such thing as a "Module student", and not at all sure what you mean by "ability". If you could please clarify, I might be able to help.
