Hello,
So I've been trying to complete an essay module but it shows up as a quiz module. The module is also timed and it says that I've had it open for 2 months or so and that's not right. I've messaged my professor and he says that the module looks fine on his end. I'm not entirely sure what went wrong. Is there any way to fix it?

Hi, @nmendez12 and Welcome to the Canvas Community! That is very weird. I'd recommend clearing the cache in your browser, then logging out of Canvas, closing the browser, and relaunching it before once again re-authenticating into Canvas. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you'll need to have a member of Canvas Support look at it. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.

Hi. I'm Ethan Rodgers and I've been having malfunctions pertaining to not being able to do any of the quizzes and discussions on canvas. For the discussions, there isn't a reply button, so I can't respond; and for the quizzes, I click on the "start quiz button", and I still can't do it. I have restarted and logged off my device (Mac 13) numerous times, and still face these issues. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do or you can do to help. Thanks.
