How can I allow multiple file submissions to an assignment?

Hi,  @nancymahaffey98  Welcome to the Canvas Community! By default, students can upload multiple files to a single assignment submission by selecting +Add Another File: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10663-421254353 

If your goal as an instructor is to restrict the number of submissions a student can make to a single assignment, that's detailed in How do I limit submission attempts for an assignment? if this is a feature your institution has enabled.

I am unable to see a way to allow students to add multiple files to a quiz question.  Below are two screen shots, the first is in "Editing" mode and the second is in preview.
