[ARCHIVED] Multiple attempt quiz not allowing access after due date

I have a quiz that is set to allow multiple attempts.  The due date has passed, but the quiz is open for several more weeks.  Students have stated they can no longer retake the quiz.  Is it possible for students to retake the quiz without changing the due date.

Hi,  @mwilkening . What is the "Until" date setting for the quiz? Can you share a screenshot of the full date settings for the quiz?

Nothing is jumping out to me as to why it's not working as expected, but this guide may be helpful?

How do I make a quiz available before or after the due date?

 @mwilkening , those settings look good to me at first glance. You could try using "Student View" to see if the included test student account is able to access the quiz after the due date as expected. How do I view a course as a test student using Student View? If the quiz works as expected for the test student, but does not for a specific student or a few students, I would recommend someone from Canvas Support investigate further who can see things specific to those students.
