[ARCHIVED] My File Tab is not Clickable

All of a sudden I can't click on my "Files" tab on Canvas to upload any files. How can I fix this?  I see the tab and I've used in hundreds of times. Now, it's dull looking and not active. Please help!

Hello @aprilvazquez ...

I'm not sure if you are an instructor or a student.  If you are an instructor, are you referring to the "Files" course navigation button on the left side of your Canvas course?  If so, does it have a crossed-out eye icon next to it?  If it does, then you can enable that button by following the directions in this Guide: How do I manage Course Navigation links?.

The problem has now been rectified (not sure if this was a glitch in the system or someone working on it) and I can now access the tab again.
