Hi  @alyssaholley ,

I know this response is a  bit late but whenever you have issues with a course it's best to contact the instructor of that course.  Depending on your institution settings you could click on Inbox and direct message them or you can submit a ticket by clicking on Help then Report a problem and someone with access to your courses can provide you with more detailed help.
