Who will be my Admin in CANVAS? I need or badly needed an admin? Or how I make my account to be an admin?

From your question, I infer that you are using Canvas via a Free For Teachers account. Admin privileges are not available to users of the free product, and Instructure does not sell individual licenses. Please read through the Canvas Account Comparisons PDF document to learn more about what is available in the paid and free versions respectively.
