This whole school over virtural has been very stressful for me because some of my teachers don't care and just grade me however when i tell them i am having problems with canvas sooo if there is anyone i can call that can help me please do reach out i could really use some help right now

Is there someone higher up you can reach out to, like a principal or a dean? There must be someone at your school who's handling cases of students who are limited by lack of access to technology and things like that; whoever it is, that's a good person to go to for things like this. Canvas has a lot of known bugs, and hopefully someone along the line is aware of that.

I'm not sure what you mean by 2011 error code offhand, but the best way to get that question answered would be to post a separate question about it with more details.
